BCEA Awards Nomination Forms

Please take the time to recognize fellow industry individuals and companies. Award nominations must be received by October 15, 2010. Follow the links below to download the appropriate nomination form.

This year, on November 30 at the Christmas/Awards Reception, awards will be presented for:

- Outstanding Individual
- Community Contribution
- Project Excellence
- Member of the Year
- Volunteer of the Year

Also during the event, individuals will be inducted into the BCEA Alumni.

Scholarship and Bursary Applications

Scholarship and Bursary applications have been received and successful recipients will be notified at the end of August.

2010 "CEMRA Person of the Year Award"

Keith Maguire was presented with the 2010 "CEMRA Person of the Year Award" by Cindy Doherty of Intralec Electrical Products Ltd., at the Supply & Distribution Conference in Kelowna, BC.

BCEA Softball Tournament

Saturday, September 18
McLeod Park - Langley
9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Register here for this fun day at the ball park. Our members asked for a family fun event, so come on out to the ball game with friends and relatives of all ages and enjoy either participating in, or cheering on your favourite softball team. Team players must be in the electrical industry or related to industry individual.

Registration is limited to 8 teams and each team will consist of a minimum of 6 men and 4 women. Only two more teams are needed.

As always, proceeds from our social events go towards the BCEA scholarship and bursary funds.

19th Annual BCEA Golf Tournament

On Thursday, July 15, 144 golfers (sell-out crowd) took out their drivers to start their afternoon of golf in search of winning the famed 19th Annual BCEA Golf Tournament. Keith Thom's team (Texcan) took the trophy.

It was a glorious afternoon and we would like to thank everyone who registered, our sponsors and volunteers who all make this event a great success. A special thanks to BC Hydro as our major sponsor. Recap.
