The successful and growing Process Automation and Controls division of EB Horsman is looking for a dynamic sales and support professional to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for providing sales, service and support to E. B.  Horsman & Son customers and fellow employees on all major Automation lines with a focus on Siemens MCC’s, PLC’s, HMI’s, Drives and Motion. You will be required to carry out sales calls to end customers, consultants, contractors and OEM’s and generates sales by providing solutions to customer’s applications.

You will put together systems and quotations.  As well you will interact with other E.B. Horsman divisions and passing on leads for general electrical opportunities to the Industrial salespeople.

A solid background in PLC’s, HMI’s and Automation is required as well as good communications skills.  Preferably 3 years in outside sales of Electrical Automation products

The candidate should be a self-motivated, team player, with good time management skills and the ability to work alone and within a team environment. Travel will be required.

Duties:

Our dedicated and hardworking Electric Utility staff is seeking expereinced Powerline Technicians to join their qualified team of professionals.  You will become part of a crew who construct, repair and maintain electrical distribution lines on poles, towers and structures, and underground electrical distribution lines and cables.  Your duties will include erecting and maintaining wood pole structures; patrolling circuits; emergency repairs; repairing street lights; installing and splicing underground cables, conductors and related wiring; connecting and disconnecting transformers; installing and maintaining switch gear; installing revenue meters; responding to customer interruptions and complaints; and performing related duties as required.
