Nomination forms must be received by the BCEA no later than three weeks prior to the Annual Awards Luncheon
Project Excellence
The purpose of this award is to recognize projects that have demonstrated design and/or construction excellence, energy efficient buildings, or new uses of technology. It is not intended that the project size (financial or dimensional) be a significant criteria for selection of the award winner. The governing criteria for award selection should.

Criteria:
● BCEA Member or Non-Member
● Teams can be submitted (ie. Consulting firm, distributor, contractor, etc.)
● One company must have an office in British Columbia (project can be anywhere in the world)
● Project must be completed by November the year award is presented
● Project must be unique and innovative
● Award is not based on dollars spent on the project
Outstanding Individual Award
The purpose of this award is to recognize an individual that has shown leadership and noteworthy achievement in their community and have demonstrated professional contributions to the electrical industry. The individuals are not required to be a member of the BCEA but their accomplishments must be recognized in the electrical trade in British Columbia. This individual could also be someone who has battled back through troubled times to continue doing their job or creating opportunities for others.
Criteria:
● BCEA Member or Non-Member
● Individual must be a BC resident for at least five years
● Contributions and leadership should be recognized in the electrical industry
● Individuals can be retired
Community Contribution
The purpose of this award is to recognize a company or individual who has given back to the community. Whether it’s financial or time volunteered.
Criteria:
● BCEA Member or Non-Member
● Must be a BC located company or resident
● Contributions and commitment should be within the last three years
● Individual or company must be involved in the electrical industry
