Our mission is to empower all women to achieve their ambitions, one Circle at a time.

VALUE -  It’s a place to be seen, heard and valued among peers in the industry.

GROWTH - It’s about stretching, growing…and continuing to bloom into the thriving woman you are and finding where you
want to develop more in your career through encouragement, safe spaces, and incremental learning
opportunities.

NETWORK - It develops a solid trusted network among varied levels of industry peers growing your professional network and
opportunities.

BREAK BARRIERS - It breaks down barriers, titles and hierarchy. We may work together or compete but we can also show respect, compassion, kindness and be common voice/understanding for women in our industry.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT - As diverse people, we all bring something to the table from our acquired skills and talents. Circles support specific technical or soft skill development and allow all members to ‘give and take’ from the pool of talent.

LEADERSHIP - It allows for expanded leadership, training and mentorship opportunities within circles.

ENCOURAGEMENT/INSPIRATION - It can provide emotional and social support, which can reduce stress and bring on more laughter and overall happiness. It allows for ‘refresh’ and opportunity to be inspired by women in our industry.
