BCEA's Women's Network proudly presents the 4th iteration of their THRIVE summit - which stands for Think Help Relate Inspire Validate and Equity. This conference is an opportunity for women and men from the electrical industry to uplift women in leadership, network, and attend sessions about various topics including managing stress, philanthropy, organization, mentorship, and more. The conference will end with a reception and networking event from 4-5pm.

Lindsay Benard, Senior Corporate Trainer, Dale Carnegie - "Managing Stress"
People in leadership positions who manage stress well can serve as role models, promoting a healthier workplace culture and advocating for policies that support work-life balance and employee well-being. In this module, participants learn how to take steps toward converting their negative reactions into positive ones. By understanding what factors cause you or your team members stress, you can intentionally work together to create a healthy, stress-free work environment.


Selina Robinson, Former NDP MLA and Minister of Finance - "Leadership Requires Courage"
Selina Robinson was a senior minister in British Columbia’s government, helping guide the province through an unprecedented pandemic and overseeing a successful economic recovery. Join her as she discusses her career path that led her to this role and her experiences along the way.

Amanda Sayfy from Dress for Success Vancouver will give a talk on her organization and why giving back to your community is so important, especially for helping other women. We will also be doing a donation drive of clothing, footwear, and personal care items to give to Dress for Success Vancouver.
