BC ELECTRICAL ASSOCIATION WELCOMES NEW PRESIDENT WILL DAVIS AS BARBETTE IGONIA, CAE RETIRES

The BC Electrical Association (BCEA), a provincial electrical association, proudly announces the appointment of Will Davis as its new President and CEO, effective October 1, 2024. With a diverse background as a small business owner, broadcaster, artist, and not-for-profit executive, Will Davis brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to lead BCEA toward continued growth and success.
“After meeting Will I knew the BCEA would be in great hands.  His experience in not-for-profit strategic planning and his belief in community impact aligns with the BCEA mission, vision, and values and is a great fit for the future direction of the association” says Barbette Igonia.
With decades of executive business ownership experience, Will Davis will bring a structured approach to developing strategic plans and leading teams to achieve optimal results, ensuring BCEA's continued success.
Will excels in nurturing relationships and delivering impactful messaging. His expertise in media relations will be valuable in enhancing BCEA's brand presence and stakeholder engagement.
Will and Barbette will be working together until the BCEA’s Annual Awards Luncheon on November 29, 2024, when Barbette retires from her 30+ year career with the BCEA.
